Sunna Valdis – Reykjavik Marathon 2017

This video is about Sunna´s first marathon 2017.
She participated in the Reykjavik Marathon on August 19th and enjoyed it to the max.

Sunna is diagnosed with Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood and gets episodes of hemiplegia and dystonia but this day was so perfect and Sunna had no episodes.

Berglind Jonsdottir ran the 10k as Hello Sunna and collected pledges for the AHC Association ofIceland

Dr. Kathryn Swoboda traveled from Boston to participate in the marathon along with her son Sam and uncle Alec.
Dr. Swoboda is one of only few experts on AHC in the world
